Retail policy
1. SCOPE
Last updated: 8 October 2026. This Retail Policy applies to purchases made directly from LINH DOAN Atelier through our website, atelier or approved remote-order channels. Product-specific terms stated on a product page, written quotation or order confirmation form part of this policy.
PHẠM VI ÁP DỤNG
Cập nhật lần cuối: 8 tháng 10 năm 2026. Retail Policy này áp dụng cho các giao dịch mua trực tiếp từ LINH DOAN Atelier qua website, atelier hoặc các kênh đặt hàng từ xa được chấp thuận. Điều khoản riêng trên trang sản phẩm, báo giá hoặc xác nhận đơn hàng là một phần của chính sách này.
2. PRODUCT TYPES
Ready-to-wear products are existing designs offered in standard sizes and may be in stock or produced for the order. Made-to-order products are produced after order confirmation and may include approved size, fabric or design selections. Bespoke or custom products are governed by the written quotation and design confirmation for that order.
LOẠI SẢN PHẨM
Ready-to-wear là thiết kế có sẵn theo size tiêu chuẩn và có thể đang có hàng hoặc được sản xuất theo đơn. Made-to-order được sản xuất sau khi xác nhận đơn và có thể gồm lựa chọn đã duyệt về size, chất liệu hoặc thiết kế. Bespoke hoặc custom tuân theo báo giá và xác nhận thiết kế bằng văn bản của từng đơn hàng.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices and transaction currency are shown before payment. In-stock products must be paid in full before dispatch. Made-to-order products require a 50% deposit to begin production unless the written quotation states otherwise. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Bank or payment-provider charges are the payer's responsibility unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
GIÁ VÀ THANH TOÁN
Giá và loại tiền tệ giao dịch được hiển thị trước khi thanh toán. Sản phẩm có sẵn phải được thanh toán đầy đủ trước khi gửi. Sản phẩm made-to-order yêu cầu đặt cọc 50% để bắt đầu sản xuất, trừ khi báo giá quy định khác. Phần còn lại phải được thanh toán trước khi gửi. Phí ngân hàng hoặc nhà cung cấp thanh toán do người thanh toán chịu, trừ khi có xác nhận khác bằng văn bản.
4. PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION
In-stock orders are normally prepared for the carrier within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Production timing for made-to-order, bespoke and custom products is stated in the written order confirmation. Rush requests are accepted only when confirmed by LINH DOAN in writing and may incur an additional fee.
XỬ LÝ VÀ SẢN XUẤT
Đơn có sẵn thường được chuẩn bị để bàn giao cho đơn vị vận chuyển trong 1-3 ngày làm việc sau khi xác nhận thanh toán. Thời gian sản xuất made-to-order, bespoke và custom được ghi trong xác nhận đơn hàng. Yêu cầu gấp chỉ được chấp nhận khi LINH DOAN xác nhận bằng văn bản và có thể phát sinh phụ phí.
5. SHIPPING
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed in the written order quotation before payment. Any complimentary-shipping offer, if available, will be shown at checkout. Additional charges may apply to oversized items, remote destinations or expedited delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and exclude delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.
VẬN CHUYỂN
Phí vận chuyển được hiển thị tại checkout hoặc xác nhận trong báo giá trước khi thanh toán. Nếu có ưu đãi miễn phí vận chuyển, ưu đãi sẽ được hiển thị tại checkout. Phụ phí có thể áp dụng cho sản phẩm cồng kềnh, khu vực xa hoặc giao nhanh. Thời gian giao hàng chỉ là dự kiến và không bao gồm chậm trễ do đơn vị vận chuyển, hải quan hoặc sự kiện ngoài khả năng kiểm soát hợp lý của chúng tôi.
6. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees or local charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout or the written quotation expressly states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the client's responsibility.
THUẾ VÀ PHÍ QUỐC TẾ
Đơn hàng quốc tế có thể chịu thuế nhập khẩu, thuế, phí thông quan hoặc khoản phí địa phương do quốc gia đến quy định. Trừ khi checkout hoặc báo giá ghi rõ khác đi, các khoản này không nằm trong giá sản phẩm hoặc phí vận chuyển và do khách hàng chịu.
7. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Requests to change or cancel an order must be emailed to hello@linhdoanatelier.com as soon as possible. LINH DOAN may accept a change or cancellation only before dispatch or before materials have been ordered and production has begun. Once production has started, deposits and payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
THAY ĐỔI VÀ HỦY ĐƠN
Yêu cầu thay đổi hoặc hủy đơn phải được gửi sớm nhất có thể tới hello@linhdoanatelier.com. LINH DOAN chỉ có thể chấp nhận trước khi đơn được gửi hoặc trước khi đặt nguyên liệu và bắt đầu sản xuất. Sau khi sản xuất bắt đầu, tiền đặt cọc và khoản đã thanh toán không được hoàn lại, trừ trường hợp pháp luật áp dụng yêu cầu.
8. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All sales are final. LINH DOAN does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, color preference or other personal reasons. Made-to-order, bespoke, custom, altered, personalized and sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. This rule does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
KHÔNG ĐỔI TRẢ
Mọi giao dịch bán hàng là cuối cùng. LINH DOAN không nhận đổi hoặc trả sản phẩm do thay đổi ý định, chọn sai size, mong muốn khác về độ vừa, màu sắc hoặc lý do cá nhân khác. Sản phẩm made-to-order, bespoke, custom, đã chỉnh sửa, cá nhân hóa và hàng sale không được đổi trả. Quy định này không hạn chế các quyền bắt buộc của khách hàng theo pháp luật áp dụng.
9. DAMAGED DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or differs materially from the confirmed order, email hello@linhdoanatelier.com promptly with the order number, photographs and a description of the issue. LINH DOAN will assess the claim and provide the remedy required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing. Do not return an item without written instructions.
SẢN PHẨM HƯ HỎNG LỖI HOẶC GIAO SAI
Nếu sản phẩm bị hư hỏng khi nhận, có lỗi sản xuất hoặc khác đáng kể so với đơn đã xác nhận, vui lòng gửi email sớm tới hello@linhdoanatelier.com kèm mã đơn, hình ảnh và mô tả vấn đề. LINH DOAN sẽ đánh giá và thực hiện biện pháp khắc phục theo pháp luật áp dụng hoặc theo thỏa thuận bằng văn bản. Không tự gửi trả sản phẩm khi chưa có hướng dẫn bằng văn bản.
