DELIVERY

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $1500 for custom-made products and $700 for ready-to-wear products
For orders under $1500 (for custom-made products) and $700 (for ready-to-wear products), shipping charges will be calculated based on weight, time and delivery area. You can check the specific shipping charges before making payment
In-stock products will be processed and delivered to the shipping unit within 1 – 3 business days.
Custom-made products will be processed and delivered according to the time agreed in the contract.
The delivery time provided is an estimate only. LINH DOAN is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, holidays or customs procedures.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:
– Bank Transfer
– PAYPAL
– Offline Payments
For available products: Please pay 100% of the order value before the product is shipped.
For custom-made products: Please deposit 50% of the order value when starting the design process. The final value of the product will be agreed upon after the material selection is completed. The remaining payment will be completed before the product is shipped.
