WHOLESALE POLICY
Minimums
The opening order minimum for new stockists is a minimum 5 looks. A “look” consists of 1 gown or 1 top + 1 skirt/pants
Wholesale Price
Order from 5-10 looks: 35% discount.
Order over 10 looks: 50% discount.
Product ion Timeline
Standard production for all pieces is 18 weeks. Upon request, the timeline can be adjusted to 16 weeks at no additional charge. *Please note this does not include shipping time.
Rush Order Options
The following rush order options are available upon request. Approval is required via email hello@linhdoanatelier.com.
16 weeks: complimentary
12 weeks: $300 (Wholesale)
10 weeks: $600 (Wholesale)
8 weeks: $800 (Wholesale)
6 weeks: $1000 (Wholesale)

Shipping
All orders are shipped from our Hanoi Atelier. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. Please specify if expedited shipping is required.
Shipments may be subject to duties and/or import taxes, depending on the destination. LINH DOAN is not responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.

Fabric Details
Dye Lots: Dye lots may vary by 5-7%. This is an acceptable variance and will not be considered a defect.
Color Discrepancies: Slight color variations may occur between different fabrics within a single garment or between separate garments. This is inherent in the dyeing process and will not be considered a defect.
Silk Variations: Silk may contain natural slubs or variations, appearing as small lines or dots. These are unavoidable and are not considered imperfections. We cannot accept returns due to dye lot or fabric variations as described above.
Damages And Inconsistencies
The boutique is responsible for inspecting all orders immediately upon arrival to ensure timely correction of any discrepancies. Any stains or damage must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. Replacements or repairs requested after this 72-hour period will be the sole responsibility of the boutique.
Order Changes And Cancellations
Order cancellations are not accepted more than 48 hours after the order confirmation is sent. Requests to modify an existing order should be emailed to hello@linhdoanatelier.com and will be accommodated if feasible.
Modifications to rush orders are not possible, as production commences immediately.
Returns
As all gowns are made to order, so all sales are final.
Exclusivity
Granting exclusivity within a city or region is at the sole discretion of LINH DOAN. These decisions are based on factors such as, but not limited to, the retailer’s location, monthly sales volume, and consistent adherence to seasonal minimum order requirements.
Payment
Invoices are generated automatically online for each order. A 50% deposit is due at the time of order placement. Production will commence upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining balance is due when the order is ready to ship. Full payment at the time of order is also accepted.
Please note that full payment is required at the time of order for all rush orders. Sales tax (for domestic retailers) and shipping costs are calculated automatically for each order.
To minimize shipping costs, we recommend submitting multiple orders simultaneously. Payment is accepted via PayPal or bank transfer. Please note that a credit card processing fee may apply.
Purchase Order Submisstions
All orders must be submitted to hello@linhdoanatelier.com. LINH DOAN is not responsible for any errors in purchase orders (POs). The boutique is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in the PO.
Alterations
LINH DOAN dresses are designed to be easily altered by an experienced seamstress. A minimum 1.5cm seam allowance is included in the side and back seams to facilitate adjustments. LINH DOAN is not responsible for any alteration costs incurred after a garment has been shipped from our atelier. Brides should anticipate the need for alterations to achieve a perfect fit.
